ISS transits Sun
Thursday, April 1st, 2010On 1 april at 8:39:28 ISS has transited the solar disk. Note that the distance of ISS from the observer was 970 km. The Sun was only 18 degrees up in the sky and some haze prevent me to focus correctly the scene. ISS rushed over the solar disk in just 1.4 sec. The location of this single frame was Mitreni, Calarasi, Romania. The equipement used was: Canon 450DH camera in prime focus of a Celestron 9.25 cat.
